4. Placing an Order

- Payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise stated

- Cancel orders if payment fails or details are incorrect
- Refuse or limit purchases (e.g. for high-demand items)

Orders are intended for personal use only, and bulk or automated purchasing may result in cancellation.
5. Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods as shown at checkout.
- Full payment is usually taken at the time of purchase
- For pre-orders, payment may also be taken immediately
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct and that sufficient funds are available.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to courier issues or supplier availability
- We are not responsible for delays outside of our control
If your order is significantly delayed, you may contact us to discuss cancellation options.
If you choose to split an order into multiple shipments, additional delivery charges may apply.
International Orders:
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, refunds will be issued minus:
- Original shipping costs
- Return charges applied by the courier
7. Pre-Orders
- Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are ready for dispatch
- Release dates are estimates and may change
If we cannot supply a pre-order item, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund (original method or store credit)
Pre-Order Cancellations
- Cancelling a pre-order may incur a small deduction (up to 3%) to cover non-recoverable fees
- Alternatively, a full refund may be offered as store credit
No deductions apply where:
- We cancel the order
- The item is faulty, incorrect, or unavailable
- Your statutory rights apply
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where unfair purchasing practices are suspected.
8. Single Cards
Orders containing individual trading cards may be sealed for security.
- If the seal is broken, returns may not be accepted
- Please review condition carefully before opening
9. Returns & Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before dispatch where possible
- Returns must follow our Returns Policy
Refunds:
- Are issued to the original payment method where possible
- May be issued as store credit if the original method is unavailable
- May take up to 14 days after receipt of returned goods
If a product includes a free promotional item, it must also be returned.
10. Mystery Products
- Mystery products are non-refundable and non-returnable
- These items contain randomised contents, similar to sealed trading products
We guarantee all products are genuine and handled with integrity.
11. Your Account
If you create an account:
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information
- You are responsible for keeping login details secure
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised activity
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
